Firecracker Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    tomato
    onion slices
    mayonnaise
    ketchup
    mustard
    1/4 oz. can chilies
    4 slices Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
    dill pickle slices
    4 toasted hamburger buns
Preparation
    Combine meat, chilies, bouillon and cayenne pepper.
    Shape into 8 thin patties.
    Grill or broil patties and onion slice 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
    Place hamburger on bun, top with cheese, onion, second patty, tomato and pickle slice.
    Serve with mustard and ketchup or mayonnaise if desired.
