Boiled Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. raw peanuts
1/3 c. Hawaiian salt
1 tsp. five spice
Preparation

Place peanuts into large stock pot.
Cover with water.
Add Hawaiian salt and five spice.
Bring to rolling boil.
Start timer (25 to 30 minutes) when water is at rolling boil.
Turn stove off after 25 to 30 minutes.
Leave peanuts in pot until all of them sink to bottom of pot.
