Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked spaghetti
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. diced onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 small carton cottage cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. sausage
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 small can mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Stir butter into hot spaghetti.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Put in buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
Brown in skillet the sausage, onion and green pepper; drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with Mozzarella cheese; bake 5 minutes longer.
