Fast And Filling Tortellini Dinner(Serves 3 To 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen tortellini
2 pkg. Rondele or Alouette garlic and herb cheese
1 large handful sliced ham, cut into bits
6 to 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. to 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in butter over medium heat until well cooked but not at all crunchy.
Drain tortellini.
Return to pot.
Dump in cheeses, mushrooms and ham.
Toss until Rondele is melted.
