Chili Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1 lb. turkey breast, ground
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 dash of black pepper
    16 oz. chili starter (\"Chili Magic\")
    16 oz. Italian tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in prepared dish.
