Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 drops yellow food coloring
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs, water, salt and food coloring.
    Gradually add flour to egg mixture.
    Roll dough out thin and let dry 1 hour. Roll up dough like jelly roll and cut into thin strips.
    Drop noodles into boiling chicken broth.
    Cook about 20 minutes.
