Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium squash
    5 slices American Cheese
    1/4 chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 cup cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Wash squash and shred like cabbage, Add salt let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Press or squeeze water out.
    Shred or break up cheese.
    Mix together squash and onions with enough crackers to hold patties together.
    Form into patties and roll in remaining cracker crumbs.
    Fry at low temperature.
