Strawberry Fruit Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. chopped ripe berries
    2 to 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    In a small heatproof custard cup, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
    Stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
    Place dish in a small pan of water and heat gently until gelatine mixture is completely dissolved.
    Cool mixture.
    Place strawberries in a medium bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
    Stir gently and set aside for 15 minutes. Combine cooled gelatine mixture, strawberries with their juice, lemon juice and corn syrup.
    Spoon into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
    Makes about 6 fruit pops.
