Kolbasi And Noodle Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups fresh vegetables (broccoli, peas)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. Kolbasi cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Stir-fry the following in 3 Tbsp. butter until crisp-tender: onion, green pepper, mushrooms, vegetables, garlic powder and oregano.
    Add Kolbasi and heat through.
    Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve over butter noodles with additional cheese. Serves 6-8.
