Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. diced apples (6 large apples)
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, flour, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir until well blended.
Add apples; stir well. Add pecans; stir well.
Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Remove cake and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
Serve with whipped cream.
