Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    1 c. uncooked rice (precooked until partly done)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry sausage, onion, celery and green pepper.
    Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken noodle soup, water and rice.
    Mix together and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven or until it bubbles.
