Curried Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 clove garlic, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Saute chicken in
1
tablespoon
margarine until brown. Remove chicken
to
bowl.
To
drippings,
add
1
tablespoon margarine, onions and garlic;\tsaute until brown.
Add 1/4 cup water.\tAdd curry powder and cook
for 2 minutes.
Add rest of water and tomato paste.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chicken and simmer until chicken is
tender,
30 to 40 minutes.
Serve over rice.
