Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/3 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix all together; beat with mixer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Frost with cream cheese icing.
