Sunshine Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with 2 cups hot water and juice from pineapple and water makes 2 cups cold water.
    Spoon pineapple into Jell-O and mix.
    While still warm, put on 1 layer of marshmallows over Jell-O.
    Let set.
    Whip the cream until set.
    Fold in mayonnaise and layer on top. Grate cheese fine and sprinkle lightly on top.
