Shrimp Royal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. shrimp (raw), peeled
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. sherry (any kind)
Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet.
Add shrimp, mushrooms and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink.
Add lemon peel and sherry, stirring to mix. Serve with rice or toast squares and lemon wedges.
Serves 2 to 3.
