Jamaica Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt, soda and cinnamon
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Stir all together, either by hand or mixer.
Place in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 (time approximate).
Test for doneness.
