Green Bay Packer Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    2 stalks cut celery
    1 onion, cut
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in casserole.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    May use consomme if you omit sugar and tomato juice.
    It is a good, busy day meal.
    This used to be called Paul Hornung stew.
