Chili Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken up
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 lb. hamburger
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti, not quite done.
    Set aside.
    In large heavy saucepan, melt shortening; add chopped onions and cook until tender.
    Add hamburger and brown.
    Add soup, tomatoes, mushroom with liquid, pimentos, chili powder, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Add drained spaghetti.
    Simmer on low 30 minutes.
    Watch closely so it doesn't burn.
    Better if sits awhile.
    Serve with garlic bread and salad.
