Beef Mushroom Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 qt. water
    6 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    8 oz. white mushrooms
    1 c. mushroom juice (from canned mushrooms)
    1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1 tsp. season salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    8 oz. Kluski noodles, broken into small pieces
    8 oz. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Chop mushrooms fine. Add chopped onions and pepper.
    Cook in pan with butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Brown ground beef. Add the water and bring to a boil, letting it simmer for about 40 minutes, adding the noodles, spices and mushroom juice for the last 15 minutes of cooking. Serves a large group.
