Lemon Luscious Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Add butter, lemon juice and beaten egg yolks.
    Stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Cool.
    Fold in sour cream. Chill at least 2 hours.
    May be topped with whipped cream.
