Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. bran flakes
2 Tbsp. nuts
1/4 c. chopped raisins or dates
1 egg
1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add bran flakes, nuts and raisins.
Set aside.
Beat egg and add remaining ingredients. Stir in flour mixture; mix well.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
