Janice'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. squash
4 to 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 large diced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tsp. bacon drippings
Ritz cracker crumbs, tossed with melted butter
Preparation

Boil squash and onion in salted water until squash is tender. Drain and mash.
Add eggs, butter, crumbled bacon and drippings. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
