Pink Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
    1/3 c. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco (for frying pan)
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
    In a bowl, combine salmon, egg and onion.
    Add flour.
    Mix baking powder liquid; stir into salmon mixture.
    Make into patties.
    Fry in hot Crisco. Serve hot.
