Pecan Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat again.
    Beat in margarine and vanilla.
    Add flour and beat well.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour into two greased pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve warm or cold.
    Add a bit of whipped topping to each serving if desired.
