Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. whole cut corn (4 cans)
    3 green bell peppers
    3 red peppers or 1 large jar pimentos
    4 medium onions
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 pt. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onions.
    Mix all together.
    Put in large kettle.
    Cook about 25 minutes.
    Fill pint jars to one-inch of top seal.
    Put in water bath.
    When this boils, process 5 minutes. Makes 8 pints.
