Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. medium spicy sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute sausage; drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread cubes, then sausage and then cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
