Italian Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1/2 c. whipping cream
5 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Mix well.
Roll into balls.
Grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Frost.
Makes approximately 150 to 160 biscuits.
