Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast
    in
    1/4 cup warm water.
    Combine sugar, oil and buttermilk;
    stir
    in yeast.
    Stir in flour.
    Knead as if making
    biscuits.
    Roll
    to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place 1 patty of butter on each roll and fold over.
    Place
    rolls
    on
    heavily
    greased cookie sheet and let stand, covered, in
    a
    warm
    place
    until
    ready
    to serve (30 minutes to 3 hours).
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
