Baked Chunky Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini squash
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 onion
1/2 bottle Girard's Romano cheese salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut vegetables into large, chunky pieces (more than a bite) and place in baking dish.
Pour salad dressing over vegetables and mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until desired texture.
Stir occasionally while cooking.
