Toasted Toffee Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    favorite pie crust
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. almond paste
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1-1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine eggs and almond paste in a large bowl.
    Beat until blended.
    Add brown sugar, 3/4 c. corn syrup, and melted butter, whisking until blended.
    Stir in 1-1/2 c. chopped pecans.
    Pour into pie crust and place on a baking sheet.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
