Grandma Charrons Hot Apricots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (1 lb.) cans apricots
brown sugar
butter
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain apricots.
Place in a large 2-quart casserole, round side up.
Cover with brown sugar (6 to 8 tablespoons) and with dots of butter.
Add on top crumbled Ritz crumbs.
Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
