Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 can cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small onion, grated
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Arrange in a dish.
    Combine cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, soup and onion.
    Spread over broccoli and cover with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    One-half cup sour cream may be substituted for mayonnaise, if desired.
