Amber Glow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 c. chopped salted peanuts
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves (3/4 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper or hot pepper sauce
    crackers
Preparation
    Press cream cheese into an 8 ounce plastic margarine tub or a small bowl.
    Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto the center of a shallow serving dish.
    Smooth surface with a spatula. In a small bowl, mix preserves, mustard, horseradish and red pepper or hot pepper sauce until well blended.
    Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
