Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. broccoli, cooked and chopped
    1 c. Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until soft (about 45 minutes at 425\u00b0).
    Cut the top (lengthwise) off of each.
    Scoop out potatoes and mash with sour cream, oleo, salt, pepper, onion, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Refill potato shells.
    Top with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
