Ingredients

4 lb. flank steak, sliced thin
8 c. water
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/3 c. pickling salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Marinate for 1/2 hour.
Put on cookie sheet.
Place in oven for 4 to 6 hours at 140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0.
Crack door slightly.
