Ingredients

1 c. yogurt (low-fat, plain)
1 tsp. grated ginger
1/2 apple, grated, minced or processed
1 medium onion, grated, minced or processed
1/2 carrot, grated
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1 hour before serving.
Carrots may be reserved and sprinkled on top to decorate.
