Jalapeno Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut small
    1 large onion
    flour
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    hot sliced jalapeno pepper sauce
    garlic
    whatever you want to season
Preparation
    Brown stew beef; add onion and whatever you want to.
    Cover with water.
    Cook slow for approximately 1 hour or until meat is done and juice is thick.
    Add jalapeno peppers and cook awhile. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
