Melt-In-Your-Mouth Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix (such as Bisquick)
    1 stick (1/2 c.) melted margarine
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients together until smooth and blended.
    Spoon dough into mini-muffin tins.
    (Fill each hole about 3/4 full.)
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are nicely browned.
    If using larger muffin tins, you may have to bake them about 15 minutes.
