Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ange food cake
1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 pkg. strawberry glaze mix
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
3/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Break cake into small pieces and place in a large deep bowl. Mix sour cream, milk, whipped topping and sugar until smooth. Fold into cake.
Mix glaze with strawberries and top the large bowl of cake mixture.
Chill several hours before serving.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
The strawberries and glaze mixture seals the cake mixture in the bottom of bowl.
