Perfect No Bake Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold milk
    1 c. milk, heated
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla, almond extract or lemon juice
    1 pkg. chocolate chips, caramel or peanut butter chips
    1 large prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In blender, sprinkle gelatine over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.
    Add hot milk; blend all until well mixed.
    Add cream cheese that has been softened; beat until smooth.
    Add sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    In microwave, melt chocolate chips; spread over crust.
    Pour filling over.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Decorate top with grated nuts, chips or whipped topping.
    Serves 10.
