Blueberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
4 c. fresh blueberries
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
whipped cream
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Spread into 9-inch pie shell.
Refrigerate.
