Coo-Coo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 average size potatoes, washed, peeled and grated
    4 large eggs
    1 large onion, grated
    5 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (add more or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp. turmeric powder (add more or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (add more or less to taste)
    pita pocket bread, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles (optional)
Preparation
    You will need 1 large round frying pan about 8 to 9-inches.
