Hamburger-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in oil; drain.
    Add other ingredients, except macaroni.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add macaroni; cook on low heat for 40 minutes, stirring often so macaroni doesn't stick.
    If you need more sauce, use tomato juice.
    Top with grated cheese or Parmesan before serving.
