Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. minced onions (dry)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 packet mushroom gravy mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine egg, bread crumbs, tomato juice and onions.
    Add ground beef and shape into patties.
    Brown in skillet.
    Add gravy mix and water, stirring until smooth.
    Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
