Deviled Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fat
    pepper to taste
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 carrot, diced
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry mustard and flour.
    Pound into steak.
    Brown in fat in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender.
