Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Drain.
    Add salt, pepper, milk, beaten eggs, butter, onion, cracker crumbs and cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
