Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 jar jalapeno salsa (hot)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 bunch spring green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Warm beans; drain and mash.
    Layer bottom of 9 x 11-inch rectangular dish with beans.
    Put in refrigerator to cool.
    Mix cream cheese and sour cream, then pour over beans.
    Add layer of salsa, then layer mild Cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over entire dish.
    Sprinkle onions to garnish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
