Refrigerator Pan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 well beaten egg
    5 1/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix together with mixer hot water, sugar, salt and margarine. Add yeast dissolved in warm water.
    Add well beaten egg and 2 3/4 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add by hand 2 1/2 cups flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Put in greased bowl, turning in order that all might be covered.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and make rolls.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    May be refrigerated for 4 or 5 days.
