Cheesy Spinach Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can spinach
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. cubed firm white bread
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Drain spinach, squeezing out excess liquid.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into 1 quart dish.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
