Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches in light sauce
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
    1 (6 oz.) container Yoplait original peach yogurt or 2/3 c. plain yogurt
    1 container (4 oz.) frozen low-fat whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put Pam in 2 round pans.
    Drain peaches, reserving sauce.
    Add enough water to reserved sauce to measure 1 1/4 cups.
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except substitute sauce mixture for water and substitute 2 egg whites for 1 egg.
    Pour batter into pans.
    Bake and cool as directed.
    Cut peaches into bite size pieces.
    Mix yogurt and whipped topping; fold in peaches.
    Fill layers with about half of the peach mixture. Spoon remaining mixture over top of cake.
    Refrigerate 2 hours. Delicious and low fat.
